Every project is unique. We believe well-targeted and thoughtfully planned research to be an essential tool in the development of good product design. This research needs to be carefully tailored to the specific requirements of each project and the client’s own data on their target users, which may include cultural background, specific expectations, needs and limitations.
Our research activities include: competition research, trend review, in-store research, brand awareness validation, product testing, user interviews, on-site observations, concept brainstorming, concept testing, summary and recommendations.
