Quite often companies develop promising new technology, yet do not know exactly what to do with it. How can it be transferred into a successful product? What is the benefit from the user´s perspective? For this project we conducted extensive observation and research with various user groups as well as collaborative idea generation through joint brainstormings and very early concept prototyping.
