These are some of the most difficult questions in the product development process. Instead of quantitative "checkbox" research we believe in finding answers through "user experience research" or, put simply, by observing and interviewing people in real life situations. This research alone does not solve problems, nor does it replace creativity, but it does give detailed insights and mostly very clear directions for the ideation process.
We work a lot in this field in several countries for a number of clients. Naturally the results are mostly highly confidential and of great value for the clients concerned so you will not find us giving specific examples here. But if you would like to talk to us more about this service please contact us for a meeting.
